We do not rent out apartments for parties, as we protect the peace of mind of our neighbors

We love pets, but unfortunately living in our apartments with them is prohibited

We have the right to refuse check-in to a guest if he is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

The apartments are cleaned after each arrival! We always have fresh linen, bathrobes and towels.

Treat your landlord's property with care! Keep it clean!

All things in the apartment are the property of the landlord
In case of damage or shortage of property, a fine is provided in the amount of its value (the inventory and cost of things is indicated in the contract)

Intentional damage to property is punishable by an administrative fine or up to 2 years in prison, according to Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The deposit is 10,000 rubles (refundable upon eviction)
